Phone field support for company contact forms
The app's form builder now includes an optional phone number field that can be added to the company contact form. This field allows a phone number to be collected when B2B customers (with the 'Location admin' role) use the app's self-service portal to invite contacts to company locations.
Note:
This phone number data is saved directly to the native customer phone field in Shopify, and similar to customer email addresses, Shopify requires these values to be unique per customer/contact.Other notable changes

External ID support
The Company application form and Approval flow now support Shopify's 'External ID' field for Companies. Note that Shopify requires unique values for this field per store; no two companies in a single store can have the same external ID.
Edit all application details
All data points for open applications can now be edited in the app admin. In the past, only edits to billing & shipping addresses were supported, but now you can edit all customer-entered data, including fields such as 'Company name' and 'Tax ID', alongside custom fields.
Event logs for application edits
All edits to application details are now logged as events in the app's Activity log. These events include details indicating which specific fields were changed and by whom, along with before/after values.

Feature release
New feature: Activity log for Applications
The application detail pages now include a timeline that serves as an activity log of events for each application. These events are timestamped milestones that occur as part of normal user flows, including when the application was initially submitted, when the application was approved or rejected (and by whom), and more.
Other relevant details related to these events are also logged and displayed in the activity log. The most notable being the custom message/reason that a Staff user had defined when an application was rejected and a revision was requested.
Note on technical limitation:
Applications that were created on or before January 29th, 2026
, may not have a complete set of events shown in the activity log, and for stale applications, you may not see the entire card for the activity log until at least one new event occurs.New feature: Internal notes for Applications
The application detail pages now include a field for Internal notes. This feature is meant to serve as internal, application-specific notes to help improve back-office workflows and internal communications.
